Green Festivals & Tours

You can't do it any better than Reverb, please visit their site to learn about greening your tour

Reverb is a non profit organization founded by environmentalist Lauren Sullivan and her musician husband, Guster guitarist/vocalist Adam Gardner.

Deeply rooted within the music and environmental communities, Reverb educates and engages musicians and their fans to promote environmental sustainability.

What festival organisers and musicians do not know, is that the carbon footprint of one black Tour T-shirt can be up to 8KG CO2 and one hooded sweatshirt can be up to 40KG CO2. And yet a T-shirt may weigh only 173g, and a hooded sweatshirt may weigh only 696g, and so the weight of green house gas released is almost sixty times heavier than the weight of the merchandise itself.

EarthPositive® is tour merchandise with a 90% lower carbon footprint.

EarthPositive is blank T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts made solely using renewable green wind energy, from Fair Wear Organic cotton. EarthPositive is "apparel to combat climate change" and has achieved a 90% reduction in the CO2 emissions of their climate neutral tour T-shirts - by using wind power.

As the carbon footprint gets smaller, life gets greener. Partnering with EarthPositive
® Apparel helps reduce your carbon footprint  by 90% compared to people who use conventional merchandise.
